Chong Ching Yeng works in a male-dominated sector but has never let gender stereotypes get in the way of her success. She reveals she has also been fortunate to have encountered collaborative and supportive team members, partners and vendors throughout her career. But she does recognise that some (if not most) women might have faced challenges while working in male-dominated industries, simply by virtue of their gender.
