In the five years since the Coliwoo brand entered Singapore’s co-living market, it has grown to be a dominant player. “Over the past five years, revenue from Coliwoo has been increasing and it is now a key contributor to LHN’s overall revenue and profit,” says Kelvin Lim, executive chairman of LHN and founder of Coliwoo.

There is a quiet consensus within the co-living industry that “co-living” has become more of a buzzword than a well-defined concept.

Every so often, I dream of staying in Orchard Road. The area is, after all, known for being a premier lifestyle destination, with high-end malls and an array of food and beverage options.

Despite renting being an increasingly popular choice, many young adults are turning to co-living spaces to carve out a space of their own. After all, when properties like Coliwoo Orchard can provide an all-inclusive apartment in the heart of town, why should one trouble themselves with furnishing a temporary flat, figuring out the utilities, and being at the mercy of a landlord?

Coliwoo, a co-living brand under LHN Limited, is introducing two new properties in River Valley: Coliwoo River Valley 268 and Coliwoo River Valley 288. These additions will bring the total number of keys in the area to 85. The serviced apartments, which require a minimum booking of six nights, feature distinct styles, Coliwoo River Valley 268 is inspired by New York, while Coliwoo River Valley 288 showcases European elegance and is set to launch by the end of September.
